The default folders are setup in Mailbox Behaviours to be under INBOX/Junk/Drafts/etc. The problem is new subfolders are moved under a separate section. Before doing this, under the heading “MAILBOXES” at the very top, I had a Trash Folder and a Junk folder, both with two sub-folders: iCloud, and On My Mac. Afterward, under the Heading “MAILBOXES”, at the very top, my Junk folder now has TWO iCloud folders, and one is disabled (the circle icon with a short lightening bolt inside it). Hi I have ten years worth of email in folders and subfolders in MacMail, painstakingly transferred each time i get a new MacBook. But I want to switch to Thunderbird, because I like the option of Pop3. So I've set up my accounts, and they function and have downloaded the mail on the servers.
